Solid Foam fill is a polyurethane filling that is Pumped into tires to prevent puncture and create ballast. A liquid two-part solution is Pumped into tires in a two-part pour process. When the two parts are combined they expand in the tire forming into a solid foam fill. Dave Kunzler Tire offers you solid foam fill service. This service is done off site due to the curing process of the foam fill. We pick up your tires (dismount) administer the foam fill process, re-deliver the tires and remount.
